Manchester City FC embarked on a worldwide Trophy Tour to celebrate bringing home 4 cups last season, constructing a Cityzens Fanzone where fans can create premium content to share on social.
Xi teamed up with City’s principal agency, Beyond 90, to provide global fans an opportunity to take part in a Green Screen Video activation, placing users at the heart of the content as if they were City’s star player in the line-up.
We also provided a slick Photo Booth for fans to get their picture taken alongside the trophies, with instant polaroids available to take home.
All content was sent to Man City's 'Cityzens' platform, where fans could view and download their content online, along with a QR code for China-based users to share their content within WeChat.
